1. Constant worry has a direct answer

Matthew 6:25 (KJV) says, “Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.” Jesus does not say that needs do not matter, he says that constant anxiety about them does not help solve them.

2. The problem is not money, it is the place it takes

1 Timothy 6:10 (KJV) says, “the love of money is the root of all evil.” The Bible does not condemn having money or working to earn it, it warns against letting it take the central place that belongs to God.

3. There is a promise of provision, not of luxury

Philippians 4:19 (KJV) says, “my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” This describes provision for what is needed, not a guaranteed promise of wealth.

4. Managing what you have well is part of biblical teaching

Proverbs 3:9 speaks of honoring God “with thy substance,” which shows the Bible also speaks about practical responsibility, not only passive faith regarding money.
